Establishes a commission to review and recommend spending cuts and regulatory changes to improve government efficiency.

The bill creates the Commission on Fiscal Restraint and Government Efficiency to review state budget appropriations and regulations. The commission will identify areas for spending reductions, determine which regulations can be repealed, and suggest ways to make government more efficient. The commission will report its findings to the President of the Senate, the Speaker of the House, and the Governor by October 1, 2025. The commission will be chaired by the Director of the Department of Administration and will utilize staff from the General Assembly and the executive branch.
