Establishes PATH scholarships for students transitioning from two-year to four-year institutions in South Carolina.

The Palmetto Access to HigherEd (PATH) Act establishes a scholarship program to assist students transitioning from a two-year institution to a four-year institution in South Carolina. These scholarships aim to help students who have excellent grade point averages but do not meet the requirements to obtain or retain LIFE Scholarship eligibility. The scholarships cover the cost of attendance up to $2,800 for one academic year or two semesters if the transition occurs mid-year.
