Expands the definition of federal law enforcement officers in South Carolina to include additional federal agencies.

This bill amends the South Carolina Code to expand the definition of "federal law enforcement officer" to include special agents and officers from additional federal agencies. These include the Department of Interior Fish and Wildlife, National Marine Fisheries, National Park Service, and the Department of Defense. The change takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
