Removes sunset provision on special purpose districts' property conveyance powers.

This bill repeals a sunset provision concerning the authority of special purpose districts to own, dispose, acquire, purchase, hold, use, lease, convey, sell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of property. The repeal removes the expiration date, allowing these districts to continue exercising their property powers indefinitely.
