This bill amends the South Carolina Code to authorize the disclosure of child welfare records to county and state Guardian ad Litem Program staff and the State Child Advocate when carrying out their duties. It also updates references to the Department of Children's Advocacy and its divisions. The act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
