South Carolina H3630 amends the state code to require two hours of training in youth suicide awareness and prevention for the renewal of credentials of individuals employed in kindergarten through high school or institutions of higher learning. This training must begin with the 2026-2027 school year and counts toward the 120 renewal credits specified in Department of Education regulations.
