Directs the Forestry Commission to use revenue from hunting privileges, rentals, fuel wood sales, and other forestry activities for reforestation, development and operation of state forests, maintenance of wildlife habitat, and administration of forestry programs. Requires county forestry boards to review and adopt the annual forest fire protection plan and to employ, retain, or dismiss county forest fire protection officers.
