Prohibits private property owners from barring access to cemeteries, burial grounds, or graves.

The bill amends the South Carolina Code to make it unlawful for private property owners to prohibit individuals from accessing cemeteries, burial grounds, or graves on their property. Violators of this provision are guilty of a misdemeanor, subject to fines and imprisonment. The act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
