This bill amends the South Carolina Code of Laws to exempt baby formula, baby food, and diapers for babies and children from sales tax. The exemption includes food purees, puffs, teether crackers, puree pouches, and other food intended for children under thirty-six months of age. The change takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
