South Carolina H3561 amends the state code to redefine authorized emergency vehicles. The bill includes fire department vehicles, police vehicles, ambulances, rescue squad vehicles, coroners' vehicles, county or municipal government jail or corrections vehicles, federal law enforcement, military, and emergency vehicles, and organ procurement organization vehicles.
