Limits train blocking of four-lane intersections in South Carolina municipalities during peak hours.

The bill amends South Carolina law to restrict the duration a train can block four-lane intersections in municipalities during specific times. A train may not block such intersections for more than five minutes in any one-hour period between 7 a.m. to 9 a.m., 12 p.m. to 2 p.m., and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. This measure aims to enhance motor safety by reducing the time trains can obstruct traffic during peak hours.
