Establishes the Election Official Protection Act to safeguard election officials and election-related systems.

The Election Official Protection Act adds Article 3 to Chapter 25, Title 7 of the South Carolina Code, establishing offenses for acts against election officials and election-related systems. It prohibits interference with election officials, tampering with voter registration lists, ballot boxes, and election systems, and unauthorized access to voting systems. It also criminalizes threats, coercion, intimidation, and dissemination of personal information of election officials.
