Allows licensed cosmetologists, estheticians, and nail technicians to provide services at client homes or event venues.

This bill amends South Carolina law to allow licensed cosmetologists, estheticians, and nail technicians to provide services at a client's home or at event venues such as churches or hotels, with client request and venue permission. The provider must sanitize equipment. It also allows emergency services by appointment. The act takes effect upon the governor's approval.
