Exempts certain agricultural structures from stormwater management and sediment control plan requirements.

This bill amends the South Carolina Code to exempt certain agricultural structures from the need to submit and approve a stormwater management and sediment control plan before starting land-disturbing activities. Specifically, it includes structures used to house livestock, poultry, crops, or other agricultural products, materials, or equipment, as well as other types of agricultural structures of one or more acres. This exemption applies to land-disturbing activities on agricultural land for the production of plants and animals useful to humans.
