Amends South Carolina law to allow free use of state park facilities for certain residents.

This bill amends South Carolina law to allow free use of state park facilities for residents over 65, disabled individuals, and legally blind residents. It also permits free entry for veterans classified as permanently and totally disabled by the Veterans Administration. Valid identification is required for age and disability verification. The authorization does not conflict with federal laws, rules, or regulations.
