Allows the South Carolina Department of Revenue to accept bank and credit card statements as proof of receipt.

This bill amends the South Carolina Code to allow the Department of Revenue to accept bank statements and credit card statements as proof of receipt, proof of purchase, and proof of expense. This change aims to provide taxpayers with an additional method to substantiate their financial transactions when required by the Department of Revenue. The act will take effect upon approval by the Governor.
