Extends the cancellation period for timeshare contracts to ten days.
Amends the South Carolina Code to allow purchasers of timeshare contracts to cancel the contract without penalty or obligation within ten days of signing. Requires sellers to include a bold statement about the cancellation rights in the contract. The act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
