Exempts certain appointed state officials from filing annual statements of economic interest and campaign disclosure forms.

The bill amends the South Carolina Code to exempt appointed state officials who do not raise campaign funds from filing annual statements of economic interest or campaign disclosure forms with local governing bodies, counties, or the State. This change applies regardless of other legal provisions. The act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
