Establishes a Fallen First Responder Survivor Advocate within SLED to assist survivors of fallen first responders.

This bill creates a new position within the State Law Enforcement Division (SLED) called the Fallen First Responder Survivor Advocate. The advocate will assist survivors of fallen first responders, including law enforcement officers, firefighters, corrections officers, and emergency medical technicians, with issues arising from the death of their family member. The advocate will provide guidance on benefits such as mental health counseling, life insurance, health insurance, special death benefits, workers' compensation, educational benefits, social security, and state property tax exemptions.
