Bill H3268 amends the South Carolina Code to allow county legislative delegations to appoint members of county recreation commissions established as special purpose districts before home rule adoption. These appointed members serve at the pleasure of the county legislative delegation and can be removed at any time by the delegation. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
