Exempts certain converted farm structures from regulation if used for public or private events.

The bill amends the South Carolina Code to exempt certain converted farm structures from regulation if they are used for public or private events. This exemption applies to structures that can accommodate up to three hundred people and are used for events such as weddings, receptions, meetings, farm activity demonstrations, meals, and other events taking place on the farm due to its rural setting. The bill takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
