Public school sports participation by private and charter school students

Allows private and charter school students to participate in public school sports under certain conditions.

This bill amends South Carolina law to allow private and charter school students to try out for and participate in interscholastic athletic programs at public schools under specific conditions. These conditions include residing within the public school's attendance zone, the private or charter school not being a member of the South Carolina High School League, and the private or charter school not offering the particular sport for the student's gender.
