South Carolina H3189 amends the state code to allow members of school district boards, municipal councils, and county councils to place items on the agenda of any public meeting. If a requested item is not placed on the agenda, the member is entitled to a three-minute period of personal privilege during the meeting to address the omission, with additional time for each additional omitted item.
