Prohibits the display of a barber pole for advertising barbering unless licensed.

This bill amends the South Carolina Code to prohibit the display of a barber pole for advertising barbering unless the person is licensed. It defines "barber pole" as a cylinder with alternating stripes, including red and white or red, white, and blue. The act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
