Allows adopted children to qualify for lifetime hunting and fishing licenses in South Carolina.

This bill amends South Carolina law to allow adopted children to qualify for lifetime hunting and fishing licenses. It modifies residency requirements to include adopted children if their adoptive parents are South Carolina residents and their birth mother was a legal resident. Additionally, it allows these children to obtain a lifetime combination license at no cost.
