Allows convicted felons to apply for limited pardons to possess firearms for hunting.

The bill amends the South Carolina Code to allow individuals convicted of a felony, excluding certain offenses, to apply for a limited pardon to possess firearms for hunting purposes. The application process includes a $200 fee, with $100 retained by the Department of Probation, Parole and Pardon Services and the other $100 distributed to the State Law Enforcement Division.
