South Carolina H3132 amends the state code to allow the issuance of Sons of Confederate Veterans special license plates to owners of private passenger-carrying motor vehicles and motorcycles. The bill specifies that these plates must not contain a Confederate flag and must be of the same size and general design as regular motor vehicle license plates. The fee for each special license plate is set at thirty dollars every two years, in addition to the regular motor vehicle license fee.
