Guardians ad Litem

Guardians ad litem must provide attorneys with written communications with professionals.

This bill amends South Carolina law to require guardians ad litem to provide attorneys with copies of all written communications between the guardian and any professional involved in the case. This includes therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, or other professionals. The bill takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
