South Carolina H3075 amends Section 20-3-630 of the state code to require family court approval of postnuptial agreements. This act modifies the definition of "written contract" to include any postnuptial agreement that is approved by the family court and is necessary for property disposition not otherwise addressed by the section. The act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
