This bill amends South Carolina law to restrict who can view and disseminate photographs, videos, or other visual images and audio recordings of or related to the performance of an autopsy. These materials can only be viewed by or disseminated to the coroner or medical examiner and their staff, law enforcement, parents of the deceased, surviving spouse, children, guardian, personal representative, next of kin, and others authorized by the personal representative.
