This bill proposes an amendment to the South Carolina Constitution to allow the General Assembly to meet in annual session using remote and virtual technology if war, social unrest, contagious disease, epidemic, pandemic, natural disaster, or act of God makes it unsafe to meet in person. The amendment must be submitted to voters at the next general election.
