Establishes a multistate compact to award prizes for cures of certain diseases.

The Cure Act establishes a multistate compact to award prizes for cures of certain diseases. The compact will be governed by a commission that will review submitted treatments and therapeutic protocols for curing diseases and award prizes for submissions that meet the commission's standards. The commission will establish criteria for defining and classifying diseases for which prizes shall be awarded and will adopt rules governing the submission and evaluation procedures, prize distribution procedures, and other aspects of the prize award process.
