By Amending Section 57-25-200, Relating To Agreements With Other Authorities, So As To Control Advertising In Areas Adjacent To The Interstate And Primary Highway Systems; By Amending Section 57-25-210, Relating To Expenditures For Removal Of Outdoor Advertising, So As To Delete References To The Department Of Transportation Commission And The Secretary Of Transportation And Insert The Term Department; And By Adding Sections 57-5-55, 57-5-65, And 57-3-185 So As To Provide The Department Of Transportation Additional Responsibilities.
