Adjusts the compensation for Kershaw County Transportation Committee members and the chairman.
The bill amends Act 172 of 1995 to change the compensation for members of the Kershaw County Transportation Committee. Each member will now receive ninety dollars for each meeting attended, up to eighteen times per fiscal year. The chairman will receive one hundred seventy-five dollars per meeting, also capped at eighteen meetings per fiscal year. Payments are to be made from Kershaw County "C" fund revenues upon issuance of approved vouchers by the chairman.
