Directs the transfer of the National Guard Armory in Dillon County to the City of Dillon.

This bill directs the Department of Administration, the State Fiscal Accountability Authority, or the appropriate agency to transfer ownership of the National Guard Armory located at 1119 SC-34 in Dillon, South Carolina, to the City of Dillon. This transfer is to occur notwithstanding certain sections of the South Carolina Code. The resolution takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
