Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Amending Section 56-5-5670, Relating To The Regulation Of Demolishers Or Secondary Metals Recyclers And The Disposal Of Certain Vehicles, So As To Reduce The Age Of A Vehicle That May Be Disposed Of Without Certain Orders Or Certificates.
