Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Section 59-150-420 So As To Provide That Lottery Retailers May Use Certain Lottery Ticket Vending Machines; And By Amending Section 12-21-2710, Relating To Types Of Machines And Devices Prohibited By Law, So As To Provide For An Exception.
