Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Section 25-11-730 So As To Provide That The Department Of Veterans' Affairs Shall Adopt Criteria For Admissions To And Discharges From South Carolina Veterans Homes And To Provide For The Submission Of Such Criteria.
