Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Enacting The "hunting Heritage Protection Act" By Adding Section 50-1-320 So As To Require The Department Of Natural Resources To Adopt Policies And Procedures To Ensure That There Is No Net Loss Of Department-managed Land For Hunting And Fishing.
