This bill amends the General Laws to allow voters to electronically sign nomination papers through an online portal. Voters must provide personal information and affirm the accuracy of their information under penalty of perjury. The online portal must comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. The portal can be implemented for the 2028 presidential preference primary and subsequent elections. The Secretary of State can use federal funds to establish the portal.
