Authorizes judges to issue electronic warrants for DUI offenses under certain conditions.

This bill would authorize judges to issue electronic warrants for DUI offenses under certain conditions. Warrants may be issued by electronic means solely for the search and seizure of evidence relating to DUI offenses resulting in death or serious bodily injury. The judicial officer must electronically sign the complaint, search warrant, and affidavit. The act would take effect upon passage.
