Permits grand juries to issue reports and establishes a review process for acceptance by the superior court.

Allows grand juries to submit reports to the public record, subject to review by the presiding justice of the superior court. The presiding justice must ensure the report is based on facts, supported by evidence, and does not contain privileged or confidential material. If the report is accepted, it must be filed as a public record, with an opportunity for named persons or entities to respond. The presiding justice may order redactions or seal the report if it could prejudice a criminal matter. The act takes effect upon passage.
