This bill establishes an agricultural restricted receipt account within the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management. Agricultural fees collected by the division of agriculture will be deposited into this account and used for authorized purposes. An advisory committee will be established to determine suggested uses of the funds in this account. The act would take effect upon passage.
