Establishes phased reduction of personal income tax rates in Rhode Island.

This bill establishes a phased reduction of personal income tax rates in Rhode Island. The reduction is set at an aggregate ten percent (10%), phased in over five years starting from 2027. The bill also includes provisions for adjustments for inflation, credits against tax, and the calculation of Rhode Island taxable income. The changes will take effect upon passage.
