Establishes the Home-Fit Dwelling Units Act for new housing developments to include design features for safe and convenient use.

The Home-Fit Dwelling Units Act mandates that new housing developments with four or more units, receiving state financial assistance or developed on state-owned land, incorporate design features ensuring safe and convenient use for all residents, regardless of age or physical ability. The act applies to new constructions permitted after July 1, 2027, with at least 10% of units following Type A standards and an additional 25% following Type B standards.
