Rhode Island S2550 amends the annual report submitted by the director of administration to include detailed information on the state's light-duty fleet vehicles. This includes the number of hybrid, combustion engine, plug-in hybrid, and zero-emission vehicles (ZEV) in operation, as well as the percentage of each type in the total fleet. The report must also detail the number of new vehicles purchased in the previous year, broken down by vehicle type. This act takes effect upon passage.
