Rhode Island S2528 repeals sections 16-22-30, 16-22-31, 16-22-32, and 16-22-33 of the General Laws in Chapter 16-22, which pertain to the establishment of statewide academic standards for core subjects and their implementation into the curriculum of all public schools.
