Rhode Island S2458 requires the state to implement the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact by July 1, 2026. This act directs the state to complete all necessary membership requirements for the compact. Additionally, it mandates that in-state residents have access to telemedicine, allowing patients to receive services from out-of-state providers under the compact.
