Establishes a tax credit for family caregivers in Rhode Island based on eligible care expenses.

The Rhode Island Family Caregiver Tax Credit Act establishes a tax credit for eligible family caregivers who provide care and support to family members. The credit is equal to 50% of eligible expenditures incurred by the caregiver, up to a maximum of $1,000 per year. Eligible expenditures include home improvements, equipment purchases, and other care-related expenses.
