Rhode Island S2141 increases juror fees to $50 per day.
Rhode Island S2141 amends the General Laws to increase the daily fee paid to grand and petit jurors from $25 to $50, effective July 1, 2026. Jurors may also choose to donate their fees to the Rhode Island Veterans Home Community Living Center. The act takes effect upon passage.
